Available Shifts: Night Time

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and events.
Maintain and organize office files and records.
Assist with office supply management and inventory.
Support various administrative projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
